Terms of service

These terms govern the use of this website and the booking of Seasonism services. By creating an account or booking a session, you accept them.

2. Nature of the service

Seasonism is an individualized philosophy and support framework. It is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for medical or evidence-based mental health treatment. Where appropriate, and with your consent, we collaborate with qualified professionals.

If you are in immediate danger or may act on suicidal thoughts, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (In the U.S., call or text 988). We do not guarantee any clinical outcome, nor that a person will never experience suicidal thoughts.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Booking and payment

  • You choose an available date and time in the calendar. The slot is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment, then released if payment is not completed.
  • Prices are shown in USD and include all fees displayed at checkout. Payment is made by card through Stripe.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You then receive a confirmation email; our team is informed at the same time.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

  • You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email or using the contact form. A cancellation within this period is refunded in full to the card used.
  • Within 48 hours of the session, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer another time — particularly in difficult circumstances.
  • If we must cancel or move a session, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

6. Online sessions

A secure video link is added to your account and sent to you by email before the session. Please join from a private, quiet place. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit agreement.

7. Longer engagements

The Intensive and Extended Support programs are subject to an initial assessment and a separate written agreement describing the services, professionals involved, availability, fees, limitations, privacy arrangements and procedures for urgent concerns. Fees shown on this website are proposed fees.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make outside the support we provide. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Seasonism name, philosophy, texts and visual identity belong to their owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of to be completed. We will always seek an amicable solution first; please contact us with any concern.
